Where are your products made?
Each of our Fleurs are handcrafted in New York City. As of March 2017 Fleur'd Pins has been recognized as an official 'Made In NYC' business by the initiative of the Pratt Center for Community Development. Since our products are Made In New York City, our turnaround time is quick compared to many other brands!
Can you make custom orders?
Absolutely. We can create and match colors for special events of any scale; corporate events, weddings, bachelor party gifts, prom, holiday presents, and anything else you can think of. We need a 3 week minimum advanced notice to complete a custom order -- you can always feel free to email us at info@FleurdPins.com with any questions
What happens if something I want to buy is SOLD OUT??
Send us an email, info@FleurdPins.com to find out if a new batch is freshly blooming. Depending on the particular Fleur, we can typically can make them to order. Emailing us will give you the most up-to-date status
Do you offer discounts if I am buying in bulk?
Whether it be for a wedding party, a dinner party, or any kind of special event, we are happy to open the conversation and how we can work with each client that is looking to purchase 12+ units per SKU. Are there any special care instructions?
Even though these beautiful Fleurs are handcrafted from durable materials, they should be removed prior to cleaning any garment as well as kept in low-moisture conditions as the backing petals are created from paper or leather depending on the item.
We highly recommend removing all Fleurs from garments as soon as they are taken off to avoid being crushed when hung up, flattened in a closet, under other clothing when over a chair, or the possibility to be accidentally getting cleaned along with the garment while the Fleur is still on.
Malleable materials such as the suedes, denim, burlap and bouclé, although starched, may be subject to "wilting", fraying, or unraveling to any degree due to their natural nature of the fabrics or materials. Please consider and be aware of this beautiful factor that adds to their character.
All of our flowers should not be watered or kept in high humidity or moisture. We suggest avoiding exposure to perfume sprays and lotions. These may cause discoloration or drying of the skin.
If a skin product does need to be cleaned, use a clean dry microfiber cloth and always wipe in the direction of the scales — never rub your Fleur against the grain
What are the dimensions of the Fleurs?
As each Fleur is individually handcrafted, they range in exact measurements. Our best estimates for their standards are in the description below the products.
Will I receive exactly what is shown online?
Like every flower, each pin will be slightly different given the unique qualities of leather and exotic skins used in production. Of course, they will accurately reflect the image shown, however color placement may vary. With the up-cycled denims, tones are matched as closely as possible.
How much is your shipping rate?
$5/item flat within the US, and approximately $20/item internationally. Expedited shipping is available upon request at the carriers rate and buyers may be responsible for international shipping import taxes.
Am I able to return/exchange an order?
As a gentle reminder, please double check the sizing, scale, and materials of our Fleurs prior to purchasing as they are all made to order and final sale. We take pride in handcrafting each Fleur for you or those who you intend to gift to. As each product is made to order, we do not make exchanges or take returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

International orders may take up to 21 business days for arrival; additional custom fees/taxes are the customers’ responsibility.
